Generous internal and external space is distributed across multiple levels, all seamlessly connected by a lift. Living and dining areas are designed for gathering and daily life, including a harbour-facing living room with a panoramic window and fireplace, as well as a dedicated office overlooking the water. Bedrooms are positioned to allow privacy and retreat, while terraces and rooftop areas extend the experience outdoors, giving the house a sense of openness that is rare within the city.

The residence features three bedrooms, each arranged with a queen-size bed and designed to offer privacy, individuality, and a distinct sense of atmosphere within the wider home.

Each room has its own character. Some open onto traditional Maltese balconies or arched harbour-facing windows, drawing in natural light and connecting the interiors to Valletta’s surrounding architecture and waterfront setting. Others feel quieter and more enclosed, offering a more intimate retreat shaped by softer tones and a calmer visual rhythm.

Across the three rooms, clean architectural lines are complemented by more expressive design moments, from bold colour accents and sculptural lighting to private outdoor connections in select layouts. Together, the bedrooms create a varied but cohesive experience, balancing individuality with a shared sense of refinement.

Multiple bathrooms are distributed throughout the house, finished in marble and designed for everyday comfort. The layout allows the residence to function smoothly for groups, with bathrooms positioned for ease and convenience across all levels.

From its terraces and rooftop, La Maison offers open views across Valletta’s rooftops and towards the harbour beyond. These elevated outdoor spaces provide moments of pause above the city, contrasting with the more enclosed, inward-facing character of the lower levels.

A fully equipped kitchen forms the heart of the house, designed for daily use rather than occasional convenience. Whether preparing breakfast at a relaxed pace or sharing meals together in the dining space, the kitchen reinforces the residential rhythm of the stay.

Ideally suited to families or groups travelling together who value privacy, independence, and space. The layout allows guests to share time together while maintaining clear separation between private and communal areas, making it particularly well suited to longer stays.

About La Maison

La Maison is a fully private Maltese townhouse designed for guests seeking independence, space, and a residential style of stay. Conceived in collaboration with AND Architects and AP Valletta, the interiors draw on traditional Maltese craft, with bespoke tilework developed from reclaimed patterns, alongside locally rooted materials such as stone, timber apertures, and patterned surfaces, brought into dialogue with contemporary detailing.

Arranged across multiple levels, the house offers clearly defined living, dining, sleeping, and outdoor areas, including terraces and a rooftop pool. With its private entrance and self-contained layout, La Maison is well suited to families, groups, or longer stays, while remaining connected to Iniala Harbour House services and within walking distance of the hotel.
